1 KIWIH
= 1 GPU‑minute

GPU compute capacity in Extremadura, bought in advance and redeemed when you need it.

KIWIH is a right of access to Data Farm Network’s GPU clusters. You buy it in euros at €0.30 and redeem it for GPU minutes. No intermediaries, no public blockchain, powered by renewable energy managed by the group.

Flow: battery‑managed energy powers the GPU cluster; the cluster delivers GPU‑minutes; the customer redeems them with KIWIH. What KIWIH is

One GPU‑minute per KIWIH

Each KIWIH entitles you to one minute of exclusive use of an NVIDIA Rubin GPU in reserved capacity. On‑demand use, fractions and inference are redeemed according to the public table.

Issued only against installed capacity

Data Farm Network issues KIWIH only against equipment that is operational or contracted with a delivery date. No rights circulate without compute behind them.

From a whole GPU down to 1%

Choose a full GPU, a hardware‑isolated MIG instance (up to 7 per GPU) or a software fraction with NVIDIA Run:ai. You pay only for what you use, by the minute.

No promise of returns

KIWIH pays no interest or staking rewards and is not bought back at face value. It is a service prepayment, not an investment.

How it works

Four steps, all from the customer portal. No wallet, keys or crypto‑asset knowledge needed.

Register your organisation

Verification of the company or public body, and electronic signature for sensitive operations.

Buy KIWIH in euros

Bank transfer or card. Your KIWIH are held in your registry account, in the portal’s custody.

Redeem for capacity

On demand or as a reserved block. Redemption settles atomically: either the capacity is allocated or nothing is consumed.

Use the compute

Cluster access with actual usage deducted from your balance. Real‑time usage dashboard.

Redemption table

First‑series values. KIWIH is divisible into thousandths, so the same unit works for a full GPU, a MIG instance or a software fraction. The inference rate is derived from each model’s actual consumption (tokens per second measured on our hardware), so it is never cheaper than the GPU‑minutes it uses; figures are set after benchmarking.

Primary price: €0.30 per KIWIH, subject to review for new sales. Reservation is the base mode; on‑demand use carries a 40% surcharge. Each KIWIH can be redeemed for 36 months from the issue of its series; if the base class changes generation within that period, it is redeemed on the new one at the published performance factor.

Who it is for

KIWIH is designed for those who need GPUs in Spain and cannot find them at a reasonable price or lead time from the large providers.

Public administrations and regional bodies

Compute within the region, data sovereignty and traceable renewable energy.

Universities and research centres

Per‑project prepayment with a fixed budget, redeemed throughout the year.

Companies with their own models

Multi‑year reserved capacity, data in the EU, low latency from Extremadura.

AI startups

Occasional capacity at low cost, with no lock‑in.

What KIWIH is not

  • Not an investment. It confers no share in the capital or profits of any company.
  • Pays no yield. No interest, no staking, no holding rewards.
  • Not bought back. There is no right to a refund of the price and no option to sell it back to the issuer.
  • Not listed. There is no organised secondary market at launch.
  • Not perpetual. Redemption expires 36 months after the issue of each series.
  • Not a public cryptocurrency. It is not on Ethereum, Base or any open network.
Energy

Energy is our cost, not your problem

Each cluster is installed at a host partner — technology parks and commercial centres — that already has space and power. We add on‑site batteries, managed by Criptosasun Energía, which keep the cluster running and lower the host’s energy bill.

  • Traceable renewable origin Renewable energy managed by Criptosasun Energía, with batteries at every site.
  • Continuity Batteries back up the cluster’s power supply; SLA published per site.
  • 100% liquid cooling Designed for current and upcoming NVIDIA generations.

Recorded on Quantum Block

KIWIH does not live on a public blockchain. It is issued, held and redeemed on Quantum Block, the distributed settlement technology developed by the group and being tested within the Spanish Financial Sandbox (Quantum Markets project).

For you this means three things: verified identity by default, immediate final settlement, and no network fees or third‑party dependency.

Atomic settlement
Each redemption is applied in full or not at all. No intermediate states and no block time.
Precise time ordering
Node synchronisation with nanosecond precision on dedicated hardware.
Own, redundant nodes
One node per site, each holding a full replica of the registry.
Audit before issuance
External security review of the registry and nodes before the first series.

Infrastructure

Data Farm Network deploys single‑rack, liquid‑cooled NVIDIA GPU clusters supplied by Supermicro at host partners that already have space and power. Each site adds a separate CPU rack and batteries. Deployment is planned across Extremadura and Andalusia.
